LOADS of fun: face covering care

Our face coverings can be hand or machine washed, and air or machine dried. Like with most garments, hand washing and air drying may prolong the life of the garment. If you’re like us and love the convenience of modern machines, here are some tips to ensure your mask continues to serve you well:

For machine washing, we suggest using a delicates bag for washing your face masks. The bag keeps the ear loops and straps from getting tangles with other garments in the wash.

If you don’t have a delicates bag, we suggest washing your masks separately from other garments under the “delicates” setting. Use a mild detergent as you would for your other garments.

For best results, we recommend hang drying or laying the masks out flat to dry.

Ear loops and straps can and may get tangled with other garments in a machine dryer, so if you must use a machine, we recommend drying them separately from other garments.
