SHIPPING INFO

Domestic orders are shipped via the selected shipping carrier to the shipping address provided during checkout. You will receive an email notification once your order is shipped. Victor & Theo cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages or late deliveries. 

International Orders are shipped via DHL or USPS Priority International Mail. Due to the shipping policies of countries outside of the United States, shipments can sometimes take longer due to a customs hold. Victor & Theo cannot be held responsible for any customs fees or duties imposed by other countries on orders entering the destination country. Please review your country's customs fees and taxes on internationally purchased goods prior to placing your order.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your order has been placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. The order confirmation serves as an invoice and it will include your order number and relevant details.
