Care: Hand wash with warm water and dish soap. Allow to air dry completely. Never soak a wooden charcuterie or cutting board or put it through a dishwasher. We recommend oiling at least a couple of times a year (depending on use) with any food-safe oil. We use Howard's Cutting Board Cleaner and Howard's Butcher Block Conditioner or Wax-It-All whenever our boards need deep cleaning and hydration.
